Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside the box.
Secure the Timepiece
Carefully pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification once your refund is processed.
